I grew up near Marengo, Ohio (population 342), where I stayed until my 12 year marriage disintegrated in 2012 and I decided that it was time to reevaluate my life. I lost one hundred pounds, reconnected with my artistic aspirations, and followed them to Chicago, Illinois. Shortly after settling in there, I moved again to Portland, Oregon and am still getting to know my new home. I’ve worked in finance for a lot of my career, but am currently moving into healthcare and pursue writing, art, and performing in my spare time. I am an increasingly avid hiker, a bicyclist, and an art school dropout. I can frequently be found walking and riding absurd distances in SE Portland. This is my life. This is how I live it.
